1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Premthi (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Premthi constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications to guests or other users
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, templates, code, graphics, logos, and all other visual and functional elements, is the intellectual property of Premthi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including photos, text, guest lists, and wedding details. By uploading content, you grant Premthi a limited license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

Prohibited Copying: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Premthi's templates, designs, code, visual layouts, or any other proprietary elements of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to screenshotting, scraping, or otherwise extracting template designs for use outside the Platform.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Premthi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premthi and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Premthi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
